Free pickup needs 25 qualified items anywhere in California by our own trucks, or 50 by freight anywhere else in the US. Inside Los Angeles County we start at 10. Fewer than that? Ship to us on a prepaid label, or drop off at our Los Angeles warehouse, 8am to 9pm, seven days. Qualified items are whole devices we refurbish or harvest, so they are also what we pay for.
Condition does not affect whether an item qualifies. Cracked, dead, or password-locked units count and are graded A to F like everything else.
Box them with the lot. Anything in working order is remarketed with your devices; the rest goes to R2v3-certified downstream recycling.
Free pickup starts at 25 items in California, 50 by freight, and 10 inside Los Angeles County. When a lot does not fit, these are the options, quoted in advance.
Every fee is stated in writing before anything is scheduled. If a number is not in your offer letter, you will not be charged it.
Four things that make pickup day take twenty minutes.
Unenroll from Intune, Jamf, or Google Admin. We can send a serial list to batch it.
Stage the lot on the ground floor or at a dock. Note stairs, elevators, or gate codes.
Do not pull drives. Sanitization happens on our bench, and the certificate covers every serial.
Bag chargers by model, keep carts with the Chromebooks. Complete sets grade higher.
Pickup window within 24 hours on most lots, and an offer if there is value. Not sure what counts? Send it anyway and we will sort it.
