Physical destruction and recycling are performed through NAID AAA and R2v3-certified downstream partners, and we provide their documentation on request. Our own sanitization process, certificates, and serialized reporting are described above. Ask us for a sample certificate and report before you send anything.
Yes. Tell us your requirement before pickup. Drives can be returned to you, or destroyed with documentation from our certified partner.
Asset tags are removed and enterprise or education enrollment is cleared before resale. School devices must be deprovisioned by the district; we confirm status on intake.
