Refurbion is a Los Angeles device refurbisher and a division of Spotlight Trading LLC. We built the operation to do one thing well: take in whole fleets, restore every unit that can be restored, and move them back into service through our own channels.
Refurbion is the one call for retiring a fleet. We buy the whole lot, working or not, collect it from your sites, sanitize every drive, and send certificates and a serialized report with payment. Nothing to sort, nothing to ship yourself.
In most of this industry, a retired fleet passes through three or four hands before it reaches the bench that actually refurbishes it. Every hand takes margin, and every hand is selective: the good units get bought and the rest get left behind or priced as scrap. We are the bench. Buying direct means the fleet owner gets more of the value, and nothing gets left behind.
Every device we buy runs through the same operation: intake and serialized audit, NIST 800-88 data sanitization, repair and reconditioning, testing, and grading on a single A–F scale. Sellers are paid on that scale. Buyers purchase on it. Refurbishment contracts are held to it.
We process laptops, Chromebooks, Microsoft Surface, MacBooks, desktops, and tablets by the pallet, and buy data center decommissions (servers, storage, networking, and GPU accelerators) outright. Pickup and freight cover all 50 states from our Los Angeles facility.
