Free pickup is where a recycler stops. We keep going.

The units a recycler would shred still have value on our bench. That value goes into your offer.

Questions we get before the first pickup

Is the pickup really free?+

Yes. 25 qualified items or more anywhere in California by our own trucks, 50 or one pallet by freight anywhere else in the US, at our cost. Inside Los Angeles County we start at 10. If your lot has value, the offer comes first. Decline it and nothing happens.

Do you actually pay for the equipment?+

Yes, for devices with resale or parts value. Every unit is graded A to F and priced, one firm offer for the whole lot, paid by ACH within days of intake. Lots with no value are still picked up free.

What is the minimum?+

25 qualified items anywhere in California, 50 or one pallet by freight anywhere else in the US, 10 inside Los Angeles County. Accessories ride along free but do not count. Under the minimum, we send a prepaid label, or drop off at our Los Angeles warehouse. Full list.

What happens to our data?+

Every drive is sanitized to NIST 800-88 and verified; failures are shredded through NAID AAA partners. You get a certificate and a serialized report. Release devices from MDM before pickup.

Half of it is broken. Does that matter?+

No. Cracked, dead, or will not power on: send them. Every unit is graded and priced. Mixed lots are the norm.

Do you pick up outside California?+

Yes. Our own trucks cover all of California, same week in most of the state. Everywhere else in the US, palletized freight at our cost on 50 items or one pallet.

Is this e-waste recycling?+

Yes, with one difference. A typical recycler shreds everything and keeps the value. We reuse what we can, recycle the rest through R2v3-certified partners, and pay you for the lot. Nothing goes to landfill.
